Miami FC’s new Home shirt conveys the club’s commitment to the area and community it loves and represents

Less than one month from the start of the USL Championship, Miami FC has revealed its new Home shirt for the 2024 season. Macron has been technical partner to the American club since the 2016-2017 season. The new kit will make its first appearance tomorrow in a closed-doors pre-season-match. The official debut is set for 9 March, with the home game against Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC that will open Miami FC’s 2024 season in the USL Championship.

The shirt combines the club’s colours with an exclusive and symbolic graphic and a reference to a Miami community awareness campaign. Thanks to the use of Eco Fabric, a material made entirely from recycled plastic, the kit also carries a clear message of sustainability and respect for the environment. This choice of fabric underscores the green philosophy shared by Miami FC and Macron.

Miami FC’s new Home shirt features a white polo neck with two thin lines in orange and blue. The same combination also appears on the sleeve cuffs, along with a light blue band. The sleeves themselves are all in white. The dominant colour of the shirt body, front and back, is light blue. This appears in an embossed pattern recalling the skin of the alligator, a common animal in Florida. The Macron Hero logo is printed in silicone on the right of the chest, while the Miami FC badge appears on the left, over the heart.

The custom inside neck label is in light blue and white with a diagonal band consisting of two lines in blue and orange. Also on the label are the logo of the “FÚTBOL305®”, project, the Macron Hero and the words ‘Designed in Bologna’, showing that the garment is conceived, designed and developed at Macron's Bologna HQ. The FÚTBOL305® logo also appears in white at the back of the neck. The logo identifies an initiative that combines passion for football with love for the community the club represents (305 being the area code for Miami) and demonstrates the club’s practical commitment to issues such as sustainability, diversity, inclusion and the fight against poverty. Miami FC invites its supporters to become actively involved in this project and to work together to achieve real change.

The ‘Home’ kit is completed by white shorts with light blue details and orange socks with a light blue top and a thin blue line. The Slim Fit shirts are made mainly from Eco Softlock with Eco Mesh inserts for low weight and maximum breathability. The new Miami FC kit can be purchased from the section of the macron.com website dedicated to the club.
