How do I create an account?
You can register by clicking on the profile icon at the top right and then selecting Log In or Register/Create an Account. Enter your information, your email address, and a password.
With your account, you can track orders, manage returns, and access exclusive benefits.
How do I edit or update my personal information?
Log into your account by clicking on the profile icon at the top right, then go to My Account to edit your email, address, and phone number.
I forgot my password, how can I recover it?
Click on Forgot Password? on the login screen. You will receive an email with a link to reset it.

To subscribe to our newsletter, enter your email address in the banner you’ll find by scrolling down after clicking on any category from the Home Page.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by contacting our Customer Service, who will remove your address from the list.
Alternatively, at the bottom of each newsletter (except the first subscription confirmation email) you will find an unsubscribe link, usually labeled Unsubscribe from this list.
After clicking it, a new page will open: confirm your choice by clicking the Unsubscribe button.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, contact our Customer Service and specify your request.
How can I use a Discount Code, VIP Card, or Fidelity Card?
If you have a Discount Code, enter it in the field “Do you have a discount code?” during the online checkout.
Make sure the code is valid, has not been used already, and meets any conditions (such as minimum purchase amount or product exclusions).
If you have a VIP Card, you are entitled to a 30% discount on all Macron collections, both online and in participating stores (Macron Sports Hubs).
The online discount is applied automatically when you log in with the account associated with your VIP Card.
In-store, simply present your VIP Card before payment. Please note that the discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
If you have a Fidelity Card (Macron Loyalty Card), you can enjoy an exclusive discount in Macron Sports Hubs: 15% off footwear and 10% off all other items.
This discount does not apply to official team merchandise, padel rackets, or already discounted or promotional items.
To use the Fidelity Card discount, present your card at checkout before the receipt is issued.

Can I shop as a guest without registering?
Yes, you can place an order without creating an account.
However, by registering, you can track your order status, process returns faster, save your shipping details for future purchases, and receive exclusive offers.
Which payment methods are accepted?

Can I use a Gift Card for online purchases?
No, Gift Cards can only be used in the physical store where they were issued.
How can I check if my order was successful?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder and make sure you entered your email address correctly.
If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact our Customer Service team with your name, email address, and the date of your order.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
You can request to modify or cancel your order only if it has not yet entered the preparation or shipping phase. Once you receive the order confirmation, the order becomes binding (see Article 2 – Terms & Conditions).
If your order is already being prepared or has been shipped, you will need to proceed with a return within the 60-day period and wait for the refund.
For any request, please contact our Customer Service team, who will check the status of your order and provide assistance.
Where can I check the status of my order?
If you have an account, log in by clicking on the profile icon at the top right, then go to “My Orders” to view the updated status and access tracking information.
If you checked out as a guest, you will find the tracking link in your order confirmation email.
If you experience any difficulties, please contact our Customer Service team providing your name, email address, and order number.
I have only received part of my order. What should I do?
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability and warehouse locations.
If you haven’t received all the items, please contact our Customer Service team.
I received the wrong or a damaged item. What should I do?
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team, providing your order number and describing the issue.
We kindly ask you to include a photo of the received product so we can verify the situation and assist you with a replacement or refund.
How can I return an item?
If you have an account: click on the profile icon at the top right, go to “My Orders”, select the order you wish to return, and follow the guided return process.
If you checked out as a guest: go to the “Make a Return / Request RMA” section on the website, enter your order number and email address, and complete your return request.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Macron refunds the price of the purchased products, excluding the shipping costs, both for the original order and the return.
Shipping costs and risks for the return remain the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid any issues.

What are the costs and timelines for returns?
In both Italy and abroad, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 60 days from the receipt of the product, as provided by applicable regulations.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect or error.
Returned products must be in their original condition, with intact labels, and carefully packaged.
Can I return a customized item?
No, personalized products (with name, number, or patch) cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Can I exchange an online purchase in-store?
No, items purchased on macron.com cannot be exchanged in physical stores.
When and how will I receive my refund?
You can request a refund if you return a product within 60 days of receiving it, according to our return policy.
A refund is also issued in case of defective or incorrect products, after verification by our Customer Service team.
Once the returned item has been received and passed the quality check, we will issue the refund within 14 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the product you’re interested in is temporarily out of stock, you can enter your email in the “Notify me when available” box on the product page.
You will receive a notification as soon as the item is back in stock on the website.
