Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “click here” found at the bottom of the newsletter.
What can I do if I forget my password?
To reset your password, click on Forgot Password? inside the Login section. You will then be able to set a new one.
Is it possible to place an order by phone?
No, it’s not. You can only order online.
Where is my order confirmation email?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation then check your spam folder. If it isn’t there then please contact our Customer Care.
Is it possible to modify an order?

Why can't I find an item online?
Our stock levels change on a daily basis. If the product you are looking for isn’t online then we recommend signing up for an email alert by entering your email address in the out of stock box. You will be notified as soon as the item is available again.
