THE NEW RUGBY COLORNO SHIRTS FEATURING MESSAGES OF SOLIDARITY, INCLUSION, GENDER EQUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY
There is an undeniable force attributed to images and colours that can convey solidarity, inclusion, gender equality, sustainability and respect for the environment. The new jersey of Rugby Colorno, a club that plays in the Peroni Top 10, made by the Hero company Macron, was conceived, designed and built from these shared values and ideas. Ideas which can be communicated vigorously and effectively in a sporting context.
The jersey has a red and white heart but a green soul, granted by the fabric used by the Italian brand to make it: Eco-Fabric, polyester made from 100% recycled plastic and certified by the Global Recycled Standard. In addition to the sense of belonging transmitted through the club's colours, the jersey also draws attention and sensitivity to the need for environmental protection. Macron strongly believes in sustainability, applying high-profile technological choices to its production to improve its environmental footprint. Choices shared and appropriated by Rugby Colorno.
The new jersey, with a crew-neck edged in white, features the colours turquoise, red and white, and is characterised by very striking graphics. The image that 'fills' the jersey, front and back, is one depicting hands of different colours that brush against each other, reach out and touch, representing union and integration, equality and sharing. The jersey inner backneck is personalised with the club's logo, whereas "RC75" (the acronym of the club's name and year of foundation) is printed on the outer backneck. On the right side of the chest, in white, is the Macron Hero, the Italian brand's logo, and on the left, heart-side, the Rugby Colorno crest. The jersey has a Body fit and the fabrics used are specifically Eco-Armevo with Eco-Boditex inserts, materials that ensure maximum strength whilst maintaining lightness and breathability.
The jersey will be worn by the men's and women's first teams, by all the youth teams, the Old Devils and the "Bufali Rossi", an integrated rugby team for youngsters with mental disabilities for whom playing rugby is a fundamental moment for development and socialisation.
