Macron’s new turquoise Euro Kit for Connacht Rugby

Connacht Rugby has presented the new Euro Kit for 24-25 designed by Macron for games in the coming season of the EPCR Challenge Cup, which starts for the club on 7^th December with a home match against Zebre Parma at Galway Sportsground. The new shirt is turquoise in colour but green in spirit, being made from Eco Fabric, the polyester material derived entirely from recycled post-consumer plastic that Macron uses to make the kits of all partner clubs.

The new Connacht Rugby Euro Kit for 24-25 has a polo neck and sleeve cuffs in navy blue. The shirt itself is turquoise with embossed graphics on the shoulders, sleeves and sides representing the club’s unique logo – an eagle and an arm brandishing a sword. The inside neck label is customised in dark green with two diagonal lines in a brighter green. On the label are the Connacht Rugby logo, the Macron logo and the words ‘Designed in Bologna’, certifying that the garment is conceived, designed and produced at the Macron Campus. The Macron Hero appears in a navy blue dye-sub print in the middle of the chest. The Connacht Rugby badge, also in blue, appears on the left.

The shorts are turquoise with white drawstrings and with the same embossed graphics on the sides. The socks are in navy blue with two turquoise stripes at the cuff, one thin and one wide. Also in turquoise is a Macron Hero on the ankle. At the back, at calf level are three inverted triangles with the word ‘CONNACHT’ beneath them.

The Body Fit shirt is made mainly from Eco-Armevo but with Eco-Boditex and Eco-Strong Mesh inserts for superior strength and performance, reduced weight and improved breathability.
