MACRON NEW TECHNICAL SPONSOR OF SC HEERENVEEN

Sportclub Heerenveen, a team playing in the Eredivisie, the top league in Dutch football, and Macron, the Hero company, have announced the technical sponsorship agreement that will bind the white & blue club to the Italian brand for the next five seasons. Macron will supply the Frisian club with the entire technical clothing line from the first team to the youth teams.

Sc Heerenveen celebrated its 100th anniversary last year. Founded in 1920, the club has maintained a permanent presence in the Dutch top league since the early 1990s, having won a Dutch Cup and several prestigious rankings in the Eredivisie, allowing it to participate in the European Cups. Heerenveen feels a strong bond with its homeland as the company logo features Friesland's flag, the province in which the city of Heerenveen is located.

Macron and Sc Heerenveen are already working together to develop the new collection which will be characterized by the Italian brand’s trademark quality, technicality and design, as well as their signature attention to detail and the ability to make unique jerseys inspired by the history, tradition and symbols of the club and the territory to which it belongs.
