Macron Sales Academy is a project that was created to select and train young sales talents, able to get involved with energy and enthusiasm, sharing Macron's values.

The training is developed through an innovative Internship that alternates targeted training to develop core competences in the field of Sport and Teamwear with professional experience in the field (in every sense!). #BecomeYourOwnHero

• passion for team sports;

• sales aptitude;

• ability to use the latest digital tools;

• dynamism and willingness to achieve objectives;

• willingness to travel and relocate.

The training course will last a total of 6 months, with 3 intermediate steps to verify the achievement of objectives. Participants who successfully complete the course will be offered the opportunity to join Team Macron at one of the Macron Sports Hubs, all over Italy.
