Innovative graphics to raise awareness of climate change on the new Ospreys Away Kit designed by Macron

The new Away Kit of the Ospreys, top Welsh rugby club, undoubtedly stands out for its originality and the importance of its message, namely an innovative graphic with a 3D effect where a set of colours and strokes symbolise climate change. This vital message joins the one that has long characterised all the Macron game sets, made of Eco Fabric, a 100% polyester fabric from post-consumer recycled plastic.

The Ospreys' new Away 24-25 with a sand-coloured background has black details around the neckline and on the sleeve edges. The entire front body, shoulders and sleeves feature a 3D effect graphic with various shaded colours symbolising climate change. The backneck is customised with a label that, in the background with the detail of the graphics on the Home jersey, features the club logo and the writing OSPREYS, the Macron logo and the words 'Designed in Bologna' to certify and highlight how each garment is conceived, designed and developed at the Macron Campus. Embroidered on the right chest in black is the Macron Hero, and on the left heart side is the Ospreys crest.

On the underside of the jersey is a customised inner tape with the words, interspersed with the Ospreys logo, that reads THIS JERSEY IS MADE FROM 13 RECYCLED BOTTLES, underlining the fact that the jersey is made from Eco Fabric, a 100% polyester fabric made from post-consumer recycled plastic and that the equivalent of 13 0.5L plastic bottles is used for each jersey. The club's crest is printed on the back neck in black, alongside the acronym OITC (OSPREYS IN THE COMMUNITY), a tribute to the non-profit foundation that works with the Welsh club to benefit the community through various programmes in the areas of sport and physical activity, health and wellbeing, education and employment.Sand-coloured shorts with a detail of the jersey graphic on the sides complete the Away Kit. The sand-coloured socks have a grey upper border and, just below, a fine horizontal black stripe.

The jersey is Slim Fit, and the main fabric used is Eco Armevo with Eco Bodytex and Eco Strong Mesh inserts that ensure the garment's high performance and resistance, lightness, and perfect breathability.
