A city skyline and geometric graphics for Bolton Wanderers FC’s Third match shirt
Bolton Wanderers FC has presented a new Third shirt featuring innovative, eye-catching graphics and paying homage to the club’s home town. Just like the Home and Away shirts for the 2023-24 season, this latest kit is also made from Eco Fabric, a material derived completely from recycled plastic. Excellent quality and advanced materials therefore go hand in hand with a clear message of sustainability and respect for the environment for Bolton Wanderers, one of the founding clubs in the Football Association, now playing in Football League One.
The club’s new ‘Third’ shirt comes in sea green with a blue polo neck and sleeve cuffs. The inside neck label is customised with the colours and badge of the club and with the Macron logo and the words ‘Designed in Bologna’ certifying that the garment is conceived, designed and produced at Macron's Headquarters. The back of the neck is decorated with a print of the multi-coloured logo of the town’s administrative body, Bolton Council, the different colours of which reflect the town’s diversity and multiculturalism. The Macron Hero is embroidered in blue on the right of the chest, while the club’s badge appears on the left, over the heart.
The new shirt features all-over, tone on tone graphics consisting of a series of different size rhomboids. At the bottom of the back is a blue motif depicting the skyline of Bolton, made up the town’s most famous buildings and monuments. Another detail, shared with the new Home and Away shirts, is a silicone tape that runs around the inside of the bottom hem repeating the words ‘THE ONE AND ONLY WANDERERS’. The kit is completed by sea green shorts and socks with a blue stripe around the top.
The Slim Fit shirt is made mainly from Eco Softlock with an Eco Micromesh rear panel and Eco Mesh inserts for reduced weight and excellent breathability.
