TRADITION AND CITY SYMBOLS IN ECO-FABRIC JERSEYS MADE BY MACRON FOR AALBORG BK

Following the new technical partnership announcement, Macron and Aalborg BK have unveiled the shirts that the red-and-whites will wear during the 2021/22 season. Eco-Softlock, made of 100% polyester from recycled plastic and certified by the Global Recycled Standard, is the main fabric for both jerseys.

The new "Home" shirt, with a crew neck, features the traditional red and white vertical stripes with a modern touch: red rays expanding on the white. The backneck features the club colours and the VESTRIBUNEN lettering. Also on the collar is a personalised tape with the words, repeated, HELE NORDJYLLANDS HOLD ("The entire team from North Jutland"). On the right chest is the Macron Hero while the Aalborg BK crest is on the left side. 1885, the year of the club foundation, is embroidered on the backneck. Above, the design of the Cimbrian Bull, the symbol of the city, particularly dear to the white and red fans.

The home kit is completed by white shorts with red side stripes and red socks with hard white horizontal stripes on the upper edge.

The 'Away' version is 'Aalborg Blue' and has a V-neck in knitted fabric with red and white details. The graphic feature that distinguishes the jersey is the all-over pattern with horizontal stripes with the 1885 lettering inside using the emboss technique, creating a 3D effect. The backneck and inner neck tape are also customised with the team colours and phrases already present in the Home version. Of the same colour, the shorts presents red drawstrings while the socks have two horizontal stripes (white and red) on the upper edge.

Besides the symbol and the sense of belonging to the club, the new Aalborg BK jerseys convey a message of sensitivity towards issues related to environmental protection. Macron strongly believes in environmental sustainability and demonstrates its green attitude by applying to its production high-profile technological choices that help and protect the environment. Choices fully shared by the Danish club.
