Shades of 'Blauw en Zwart' in the new Home shirt for Club Brugge

Only one month after the presentation of a new ‘Away’ shirt, Club Brugge, one of the top clubs in Belgium’s highest division, has now revealed a new ‘Home’ shirt for the 2023-2024 season. In it, the traditional Blauw en Zwart ‘Home’ design is complemented by exclusive, innovative graphics. Like all the other kits produced for Club Brugge by Macron, the new ‘Home’ kit is made from Eco Fabric, a polyester material derived entirely from recycled plastic.  The kit therefore delivers a clear message of sustainability in line with the philosophy shared by club and technical sponsor.

The new ‘Home’ shirt has a knitted Mandarin neck and comes in the club’s traditional colours of black and blue. Dye-sub printed vertical stripes fade from light to dark as they proceed up the body, reaching ‘total black’ on the shoulders and sleeves. The inside neck label comes in the club’s traditional colours and features the Club Brugge badge, the Macron Hero logo and the words ‘Designed in Bologna’, certifying that the garment is conceived, designed, and produced at Macron's Bologna HQ. The chest is decorated with a white Macron Hero logo on the right and with the Club Brugge badge on the left. The club’s motto is embroidered in tone on tone at the back of the neck: “NO SWEAT, NO GLORY”.

Another important detail is the custom tape that runs around the bottom of the shirt repeating the words ‘WE ARE BRUGES - SUPER BRUGES – WE ARE WONDERFUL’. The ‘Home’ kit is completed by black shorts with white drawstrings and black socks with a blue band at the top, a white Macron Hero at ankle height and ‘1891’ (the year the club was formed) on the calf. The shirt has a Slim Fit cut and is made mainly from Eco Softlock, with an Eco Micromesh panel in the back and Eco Mesh inserts for lightness and perfect breathability.

Like all the garments made for Club Brugge by Macron, the new ‘Home’ and ‘Away’ shirts can be purchased from the section of the macron.com website dedicated to the club.
