SCOTTISH CHAMPIONSHIP CLUB ARBROATH FC JOIN MACRON FAMILY

Macron and Arbroath FC, playing in the Scottish Championship, are delighted to announce the new partnership which will see the Macron Hero on the famous shirts starting from next season.

Founded in 1878, Arbroath FC hold the biggest victory in World senior football when they beat Bon Accord 36-0 in a Scottish Cup match with Jocky Petrie scoring 13 goals in that game, also a record for the most goals by a single player in a British senior match. They are nicknamed "The Red Lichties" due to the red light that used to guide fishing boats back from the North Sea to the Burgh's harbour and play their home matches at the characteristic Gayfield Park, the closest to the sea in Britain.

Macron Store Dundee played a big part in securing the deal, working closely with the club to provide an efficient, local, and comprehensive service offering the efficient service Arbroath FC will require.
