Macron, revenues 2023 to grow by 15%
-
Clear growth over 2022 with strong performance in the 3 major European countries.
-
Part of this success can be attributed to the Macron Sport Hubs, the brand's single-brand sales network, which has now reached 167 shops and plans further development in 2024 with 17 new openings.

Over the past two years, the company's growth has also directly affected employees, who have seen an average increase between salaries and bonuses of 28%.
Macron's continuous growth path is uninterrupted and is confirmed by the company's closing figures, which show a significant 15% increase in turnover from €170 million in 2022 to €196 million in 2023.
This growth, which was broadly homogeneous across the various countries in which Macron operates, has seen the excellent performance of the Company's three main markets confirmed, starting with the United Kingdom, the leading market, followed by Italy and Spain. These results confirm the multi-country strategy and the strong international vocation of a company that has 80% of its total turnover abroad.
Macron is the technical sponsor of more than 90 professional clubs worldwide and is confirmed for the fifth consecutive year among the top four brands in the UEFA ranking of technical football sponsorships in Europe
A multi-sport company in which rugby also plays a major role. In the World Cup played in Paris last year there were 7 nations, out of a total of 20, dressed by Macron and in the Six Nations, that will start this weekend, there will be 50% of those dressed by Macron: Italy, Scotland and Wales.
A key factor in the company's development is the Macron Sports Hub project, the brand's single-brand sales network, which was launched in 2010 and now boasts 167 shops in more than 30 countries around the world. There were 17 new openings in 2023, including Prague and Johannesburg, which are absolute firsts for these countries, and the plan for the current year is to open at least another 15 Macron Sport Hubs. The philosophy that applies within a Macron Sports Hub is identical in every part of the world and offers a unique, tailor-made experience to every sport.
Over the past two years, the company's growth has also directly affected employees, who have seen an average increase in their RALs (Gross Annual Salaries) of 14%, to which should be added a similar average growth in company bonuses, for an overall average increase between salaries and bonuses of 28%.
The people at the core of the Macron project are not only the employees, but also those in greatest need. For years, Macron has supported projects of social solidarity, cultural interest, aid for the disabled, support for research and prevention in the medical field through material donations, cash contributions and direct sponsorships. During 2023, Macron supported 48 projects with a total amount donated of €291,368.
“One can only be proud to comment on the 2023 results, having reached almost 200 million in turnover is an extraordinary achievement," said Gianluca Pavanello, CEO of Macron. "This constant growth is the result of an effective and efficient management of all phases from production to product sales and an obsession with product quality and innovation, which aim to meet the needs of an increasingly wide range of teams and athletes.
We look to 2024 with optimism because we are aware of the commitment, professionalism and passion that all the people who work in the Macron Group put in every day. We are all already projected towards new goals that will allow us to continue on this exciting path of growth.”
And speaking of growth, mention must be made of the Macron Campus, a 25 million euro investment for the construction of two new buildings in an area adjoining the current Macron Headquarters. A multifunctional space of 100,000 square metres in total, with space for offices and showrooms, production activities, storage and shipping areas for finished products, sports fields for testing materials, and lots of greenery.
Evolution and quality also mean updating its digital structure with the adoption of the new ERP system - 'SAP S/4HANA Cloud' for the management of purchasing, sales, logistics and production activities. A fundamental tool on which to build Macron's future for the coming years.
