A Macron labelled French Cup

A Macron labelled French Cup

'Legendary' is perhaps the most appropriate term to describe the performances of the upcoming finalists of the 105th edition of the French Cup. The historic match on May 8th at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis will be a derby between 'Macron Heroes': FC Nantes and OGC Nice.

Both clubs have three French Cups in their trophy cabinet. FC Nantes lifted the coveted national trophy in 1979, 1999 and 2000, while OGC Nice won the final in 1952, 1954 and 1997. To reach this eagerly-awaited final at the Stade de France under the Macron label, FC Nantes first eliminated Brest, then Bastia and finally Monaco between the round of 16 and the semi-finals. OGC Nice had the better of Paris Saint-Germain, Olympique Marseille and Versailles.

A Macron derby between Les Canaries and Les Aiglons: two clubs that represent the history of French football, and that Macron has been accompanying as technical partner for several seasons. The Hero Company is extremely proud to be at the side of both clubs in this prestigious event. In a stadium coloured by yellow-green and red-black jerseys, these teams will write an indelible page of French football and of Macron's sporting history.
