Serie D 2023-24 kicks off with new official Macron Ball

At the starting whistle of the 2023-2024 Serie D championship, there will be a new star on the field: the new official ball of the Serie D by Macron. A customised ball with modern, impactful and flowing graphic that wrap it entirely in the LND's blue and orange. A dynamic and technical look that maximizes its visibility and underscores the importance of this partnership.

The official Serie D match ball has the FIFA quality certification, a circumference between 68-70 cm and a weight between 410-450 gr. The 32-panel design ensures maximum performance, giving consistency to every bounce, touch and shot for optimal control. The outer surface is 3D raised PU, a feature that provides aero dynamicity and allows the ball to travel through the air with great precision. The Hybrid seamless outer construction improves shape retention, reducing water absorption and ensuring maximum performance even in rain and snow. An accessory that, in addition to the fully customized graphics, guarantees excellent performance and will put the many athletes who will take part in the upcoming Serie D season in the best conditions to express their talent.

The relationship between LND and Macron was consolidated and strengthened during the spring of this year and confirms a partnership that goes beyond the technical aspect. The supply of balls for national and regional championships, both men's and women's, is part of the agreement that includes the supply of all technical clothing, accessories, uniforms, and technical material competition for the national headquarters, Regional Committees, Provincial Delegations, Beach Soccer Department, the Rappresentativa di Serie D (taking part in the Viareggio Cup), the LND National Representatives Under 18, Under 17, Under 16 and Under 15, and for all the teams participating in the Juniores Cup.
