MACRON NEW TECHNICAL SPONSOR OF FRAPORT SKYLINERS

The bouquet of the Basketball Bundesliga teams that have chosen Macron as their technical sponsor is now enriched with the entrance of FRAPORT SKYLINERS from Frankfurt. The agreement between the Italian company, international leader in teamwear design, and the team based in Frankfurt-am-Main will last 4 years, starting with the 2021-2022 season.

FRAPORT SKYLINERS were founded in 1999 and won their first Cup of Germany just one year after their appearance on the stage of the German elite basketball. In 2004 the team conquered the Basketball-Bundesliga title and later became a constant presence also in other European competitions, sweeping a 2016 victory in the then newly-born FIBA Europe Cup, beating Pallacanestro Varese in the final game, also a Macron team in the Italian A Series.

The staff of FRAPORT SKYLINERS and Macron design team are already hard at work to develop the new game kits that the German players will wear during the next season. Quality and fabric technicity will distinguish the new pieces, together with a signature and distinctively “made in Italy” style. The collection is conceived to last and it is created according to strict environmental sustainability criteria.

It will be an ensemble of high performing and state of the art technical pieces. These are all the characteristics that allowed Macron to become a leading partner for other Basketball-Bundesliga teams, such as MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg and Basketball Löwen Braunschweig, who all have a Macron Hero on their shirts.
