A TOUCH OF RED BETWEEN THE BLACK AND WHITE OF VIRTUS SEGAFREDO'S NEW MACRON JERSEYS

One week after presenting the kits for the 7DAYS Eurocup games, Virtus Segafredo Bologna and Macron unveiled the new jerseys for the 2021-2022 championship. This year the traditional and iconic black and white colours will be joined by red to recall the colour of the S of its historic sponsor. Marco Belinelli and his teammates will debut with the new kit on September 26th, when Virtus will travel to Trento for their first Away game as reigning Italian champions.

The new 'Home' is white with a V-neck edged in black and with a thin red line. This colour scheme is also found on the sides, with a vertical black band flanked by two vertical red stripes. The Macron Hero can be found on the right side of the chest; in the middle, there is the patch with the Campione d'Italia shield, and on the right, heart-side, the Virtus Segafredo Bologna crest is present.

The "Away" version is black, again with a V-neck and red outlines. The thin vertical stripes on the sides are also red. As with the ‘Home’, the Macron Hero is on the right side of the chest, the FIP badge in the middle, and the club's crest on the left.

The long-sleeved pre-match warm-up jersey has a black crew neck. The graphic feature that distinguishes this garment is the tone-on-tone design with a camouflage effect.
