A geometric design and an anti-racism message on the new Home shirts of Hannover 96
Traditional colours, stylish and innovative graphics, high-performance textiles, and Eco Fabrics highlight the commitment of the club and the technical sponsor to saving the environment and promoting sustainability. All these characteristics can be found in the new ‘Home’ shirts of Hannover 96, the German club that plays in the Zweite Bundesliga.
The ‘Home’ shirt of ‘Die Roten’ is in the club’s classic red with a knitted crew neck and sleeve cuffs in black with white and green details. The internal label is customised with the club’s badge and the motto “NIEMALS ALLEIN!” (“Never Alone!”) with the words “Designed in Bologna” at the bottom, certifying that the garment is designed and produced at Macron’s Headquarters. A white Macron Hero appears on the right side of the chest and the Hannover 96 badge on the left. The motto “NIEMALS ALLEIN!” is also printed on the outside nape of the neck.
On the front and on both sleeves, the new ‘Home’ kit features a graphic design made up of dye-sub printed geometric shapes with gradually fading colours. The tape that runs around the inside bottom hem repeats the important message 'YES TO FOOTBALL, NO TO RACISM’. Completely white or completely black shorts, with green and white hems, complement the ‘Home’ shirt. The socks are white with green and white stripes running around a black top.
“This year’s Home shirt was developed in close collaboration with the staff of Hannover 96 and combines the club’s history and traditions with stylishly innovative graphics. The use of Eco Fabric confirms the important environmental values that we share with the club and its supporters”, explains Oliver Weber, Sports Marketing Manager for Macron.
The new “Home” shirt is a Slim Fit garment. Made mainly from Eco-Softlock fabric with Eco-Mesh inserts, the new kit is particularly light and breathable.
