The new Macron kits for Pallacanestro Reggiana celebrate the club's 50th anniversary and pay homage to the city

In the week leading up to the start of the regular season of the Serie A basketball championship, Pallacanestro Reggiana presented the new match kits made by Macron. The Emilia club will wear them from the home opener at PalaBigi against Dolomiti Energia Trento, scheduled for Saturday, September 28, at 7:30 pm. The kits tell the team's story, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, and graphically pay homage to the city of Reggio Emilia. Like all the game sets made by Macron for its clubs, they are also made of Eco Fabric, with 100% polyester from post-consumer recycled plastic.

The new Home jersey is white with a V-neck and blue piping. The edges of the arms and the wide bands on the hips are blue as well. This design echoes the vests used in 1974, the year the club was founded, when the club colours were white and blue, and the first championship was played in Promotion. Since then, Pallacanestro Reggiana has written and continues to write important pages of history for Italian basketball, with a strong sense of belonging binding the club and the city of Reggio Emilia. For this reason, the graphic motif that characterises the new 2024/25 uniforms is the map of the city of Reggio Emilia, which appears in blue on the white background of the jersey, both on the front and back. The pattern is present in the upper part of the tank top and gradually fades to white in the lower part. The same pattern is also included in the vast blue sidebands, in sublimated tone-on-tone graphics, in the blue diagonal bands and in the blue lower border, blue, of the white shorts.

The inside backneck is customised with the red and white colours of Pallacanestro Reggiana, the graphics of the city map, the club logo, the Macron logo and the words 'Designed in Bologna', certifying and highlighting how each garment is conceived, designed and developed on the Macron Campus. On the chest, on the right and in red, is printed the Macron Hero, while on the left, below that of the LBA, is the unique logo of the team celebrating its 50-year history.

The Away version, again with a V-neck, is red with white borders around the collar, arms, and side bands. It also takes up the graphic design of the Home. In this case, the map of Reggio Emilia appears in a darker tone of red on the upper front and back of the jersey, fading in the lower part. In this case, the same graphic design is repeated on the sidebands in red on a white background. The shorts are red with white bands on the sides and on the thigh edge, with the graphic on the inside echoing the jersey graphics.

The jerseys have a Regular fit with main fabric in Eco Baimi and Eco Mesh inserts to ensure lightness and perfect breathability. The shorts are in Eco Jordan with Eco Mesh inserts.
