Spanish Basketball Federation Match Officials get new kits from Macron

Macron is expanding its portfolio of partnerships in European basketball with a new technical sponsorship for the match officials of the Spanish Basketball Federation – Federación Española de Baloncesto (FEB). Referees in all the championships organised and run by the FEB will be wearing Macron technical sportswear and comfortable and elegant leisurewear for the next 4 years. This prestigious new agreement confirms the continuing growth of the Italian brand, which already ‘dresses’ the match officials of Spain’s Football Federation, the Real Federación Española de Fútbol.

 The FEB was formed in 1923, and has therefore just celebrated its centenary. In October 2023 a woman was appointed head of the Federation for the first time ever. Elisa Aguilar enjoyed a successful career in basketball and played for the Spanish national side.

The game set dedicated to men’s and women’s match referees includes shirts in black, grey and pink with an elegant geometric pattern on the sleeves. The collection also includes T-shirts, vests, polos, tracksuits, sweatshirts and jackets, leisure shoes, and a customised rucksack and trolley.
