SAP - Our new digital home

Macron has always been a company with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement in all its forms. As is happening with the Headquarters, with the development of the Macron Campus, 2024 opens with another important milestone: Macron updates its digital structure by releasing the new ERP system - "S/4HANA Cloud " for the management of purchasing, sales, logistics and production activities.

SAP has been a market leader in the production of business process management software for years and develops solutions and modules that facilitate efficient data processing and information flow between companies.

In a world increasingly characterised by complexity and speed, which requires appropriate processes and systems that optimise ways and times, Macron places SAP at the centre of its ecosystem of applications and services to always offer the best experience to its customers and partners to support business development.

The project kick-off was in November 2021, and the first release took place in record time in October 2022 for the Administration, Finance and Control areas at the group level. In 2023, further updates were made in preparation for today's release, effectively completing the coverage of all Headquarters processes.

Each release ensured maximum business continuity for all customers and partners involved. Further releases will take place in 2024 upon completion of the migration of companies not yet involved in the project (MSHD).

Following this transition, a new B2B portal - Extranet- will be launched in the coming weeks, making our interaction more accessible and faster. You will be informed by your sales contact person when the transition to the new system takes place, and your direct account will provide you with all the information and support you need to access and make the most of the new portal.
