Macron Sales Academy… real in-the-field experience!

This is what Macron Sales Academy offers. The project was set up to select and train young sales talents who share Macron’s values and are willing to put all their energy and enthusiasm into the ‘game’.
The training scheme, which began on 15 January, takes the form of an innovative internship that combines training aimed at developing key competences in the sports and teamwear sector with professional experience in the field (in every sense!). Macron Sales Academy caters for 9 young people of 28 or less who satisfy the basic requirements of passion for team sports, an aptitude for sales, competence in the latest digital tools, a dynamic target-oriented personality, and willingness to travel.
The internship is based at offices of the Macron Group and will last for a total of 6 months, with 3 intermediate phases to verify achievement of objectives. Participants who do particularly well in the scheme will be offered a chance to join the Macron team in a Macron Sports Hub.
