Macron Club&Federation Meeting 2023
129 guests, 69 clubs and Federations, 30 countries, 4 continents. These are the numbers of the "Macron Club&Federation Meeting 2023" that has just ended and that on November 13th and 14th opened the doors of the Macron Headquarters to welcome presidents, managers, technicians of clubs and national and international Federations partners of the Italian brand.
"Macron Club&Federation Meeting 2023", two days of activities, meetings, workshops and sharing in which the major Italian, European and international sports clubs, on whose uniforms the Macron Hero stands out, were able to confront and get to know each other and share their common belonging to the Macron universe.
The first day coincided with a visit to the Centro Tecnico del Bologna FC in Casteldebole, a partnership that with the red and blue club, established in 2001, is one of the longest running in Italian football. Bologna and its history were also the focus of the evening with a gala dinner at Palazzo Re Enzo, a historic building in the centre of medieval Bologna, in Piazza Maggiore.
The intense programme of the second day kicked off with a running session and then moved to Valsamoggia, at the Macron Headquarters, where in the 'Sala dei Sogni' (Hall of Dreams) an interesting workshop took place, full of speeches and contributions, not only from the Macron staff, but also from the clubs and Federations, who shared their experience and their relationship with the Emilian brand. A day full of appointments, which ended under the banner of great basketball with the presence at the Virtus Segafredo Arena of all the participants of the "Macron Club&Federation Meeting 2023" at the match-clou par excellence of Italian basketball, but on this occasion valid for the eighth day of the Euroleague regular season: Virtus Segafredo Bologna-EA7 Emporio Armani Milan.
"It is a great joy and satisfaction to have organised the 'Macron Club&Federation Meeting 2023'. - said Gianluca Pavanello, CEO of Macron - A moment of great participation and sharing with the representatives of Italian and international sport that dresses Macron. Two days in which we proudly showed our headquarters, the new projects we want to develop, shared our philosophy and values, discussed how to invest to grow in sport, the sense of belonging to a jersey and the bond between clubs and fans. A prestigious audience from all over the world. A set of coats of arms and identities with which we are confronted every day and which stimulate us to always improve and innovate. A sporting universe that best represents our growth as a company and as a brand'.
"It's an honour for us to have been here because on occasions like this you realise how much of a family we are and how great the Macron sports community is," commented Sean O'Loughlin, Chief Financial Officer of Crystal Palace.
"It was very important for the Italian Basketball Federation to be present at this event because we firmly believe that being a partner of Macron represents an opportunity for us to grow". The words of Maurizio Bertea, Secretary General of the Italian Basketball Federation.
"This meeting was an excellent opportunity to be together with all the different federations and clubs. The most important thing that came out of this event was the many networking opportunities. I believe that getting everyone together in the same room is a great opportunity to learn from each other and enhance our skills." said James Ralley, Director of Partnerships & Content at World Rugby.
