MACRON AND SALE SHARKS UNVEIL NEW JERSEYS 2021-2022
The Sale Sharks, a Gallagher Premiership rugby club with 160 years of history, and Macron, the new technical sponsor of the team, have presented the new match kits that the Sharks will wear during the new season.
Sharks' white and blue tones distinguish the new jerseys designed and created by Macron, combining the tradition and symbols of the club with quality, high-performance materials and an accurate design.
The new 'Home' lives on the contrast between two blues: dark blue and royal blue. The shoulders, sleeves, sides, and back body are dark blue, while the front body is in royal blue and is enriched by a series of white horizontal bands that run from the bottom to the top, decreasing thickness. The shirt has a crew neck with a royal blue border and white details an identical colour combination on the knitted sleeve edges. The backneck is personalised with the club logo on a dark blue background.
On the right chest, in white, is the Macron Hero, the club's crest on the left. On the lower back of the shirt, in embossed graphics, is inserted the design of the shark fin accompanied by the date 1861, the foundation year of the English club.
The crew neck 'Away' version is white with black details around the collar, on the sleeve edges and above all on the front central body of the shirt. In addition to the series of black horizontal bands that go from the bottom to the top, a sublimated graphic on the chest gives the brushstrokes of colour effect (black and grey). On the back of the jersey, the shark fin design surfaces along with the foundation year.
Both jerseys have a Body Fit; the main fabric is Armevo with bodytex integration that gives the garment lightness, perfect fit and breathability.
