An away shirt with a green soul for Sale Sharks
Sale Sharks have unveiled the new Away kit that the English club will wear during the coming season. As with the home jersey, what identifies the away version is the design with the shark fin pattern. Also, the fabric is the same: Eco-Fabric, 100% polyester from recycled plastic, a choice shared by the club and technical sponsor in the name of sustainability and respect for the environment.
The ‘Away’ shirt is garnet in colour and has a polo neck with white trim. Its design is identical to that of the Home version, with the same embossed graphics depicting a series of sharks’ fins on the shoulders, sleeves and sides, in a slightly lighter shade. The backneck is customised in the same way as that of the Home shirt and the Macron Hero and club logos again appear on the chest, in white.
On the back of the shirt, a relief motif of a Shark’s fin is featured at the along with the date 1861, the year in which the Sale Sharks club was formed. The shorts are in garnet and repeat the graphic motif of sharks’ fins on the sides. The socks are in the same colour too, with a white band at the top and another around the middle.
The Away shirts are Muscle Fit garments and are made mainly from Eco-Armevo fabric with Eco-Bodytex inserts for lightness, breathability and maximum strength. The shirts and other garments made by Macron for Sale Sharks are available from the section of the macron.com website dedicated to the club.
