CLUB BRUGGE'S NEW HOME JERSEY, BLACK AND BLUE WITH GOLD ACCENTS AND A REFERENCE TO 130 YEARS OF HISTORY

An exciting season has just ended with the 17th Belgian Championship title (the fourth earned in the past six years) and Club Brugge is already setting its sights on next season. The first step was the presentation of the new Home jersey together with international teamwear leader Macron, that is also the technical sponsor of the Blauw en Zwart team. The jersey continues the tradition of unique patterns and details and is the result of the teamwork of the Belgian club managers and the Style Office of the Italian brand.

The new Home kit comes in the traditional black and blue colours developed in vertical bands on the front and the back. The crew neck knit jersey has gold piping on the hems of the black sleeves as well. The back neck sports the club colours and is embellished with the year of the club's foundation – 1891 – in gold. Macron Hero, the logo of the Italian brand, is printed in gold on the right of the chest, while the Club Brugge badge is on the left side, close to the heart. Embossed under the emblem is 1891 to commemorates the 130 years of history of the team of the West Flanders capital.

Embroidered on the back neck is the club's motto "NO SWEAT, NO GLORY”, which is also the commitment that every player makes when proudly wearing the team’s black and blue colours. The shorts are black with gold detailing, like the socks, with the Macron Hero logo on the front. The letters FCB, standing for Football Club Brugeois, are printed across the calf. The Slim Fit jersey is mainly made of Softlock fabric with micromesh inserts to improve the breathability of the garment.

The goalkeeper's kit was also presented with the Home jersey. It is silver-grey with a black-edged V-neck. The front of the jersey has an embossed graphic texture with tone-on-tone geometric designs. The shorts and socks are in the same colour, the latter with two horizontal black stripes in the middle.

The jersey is the symbol of the club and its history. Macron has reasserted its ability to tell the club’s story and the excitement surrounding it with unique, exclusive designs and attention to detail, making garments characterised by superior quality and technical materials.

The new 2021-2022 Home jersey is available for fans on the Club Brugge website and on the Macron website.
