- How do I find the product I want?
From the main menu, you can select the sport then the team you are interested in (for example you can select Football then Napoli); and then select a sub-category (for example Official Kit, Training Kit, Leisurewear etc.).
Alternatively, you can enter the name of the product you are looking for directly into the search box in the top right of the page.
- What is my size?
To choose the right size, use the filters on the left hand side of the page you have selected. You can also consult our Size Guide, which can be found on every product page, as well as in the menu E-SHOP SERVICES at the bottom of every page.
- How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been shipped from the warehouse. You can then use the tracking number found in the confirmation email to check the status of your order online at any time. Simply log into your account and go to My Orders, then select View My Order and click on Track My Order.
- What are the delivery times and cost of shipping?
Your order will be processed in 24 hours, after which the delivery times are: 24-48 hours for Italy, 48-72 hours for the rest of Europe, and 3-5 working days to countries outside Europe. Shipping costs may vary depending on the payment method chosen.
- Which countries does Macron deliver to?
Macron.com ships to over 200 countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the country.
- What methods of payment are accepted?
Macron.com accepts the following methods of payment:

*Macron.com accepts Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, American Express and all other major credit and debit cards. You will only be charged once your order has been shipped. If you return the goods, the amount will be credited to your card.
- What is the returns, exchange and refunds policy?
Macron wants to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can get a refund by sending an email to email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
The goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt, together with a completed Merchandise Return Card, to:

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
The goods must be returned unused, in perfect condition and with original labels still attached, and in their original packaging. Products must be packaged carefully so as to avoid damage to the original packaging. No replacements or refunds are possible for customized products (jerseys or shorts with name /or number, with badges, with initials). The risks of transport for the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer.
The balance will be refunded in around 30 days. Some delays may occur as a result of postponed deliveries to Macron by the postal service.
